VENDOR TERMS (please read carefully, some changes have occurred)

  • Booth spaces are $65 per space and will be assigned in the order that the applications are returned. A $25.00 late fee is required on all applications received after July 1st.    Spaces are 10' x 10'. Exhibitors are required to furnish any items necessary in displaying their merchandise. Tents are required and must be stabilized. Electricity is limited only to food vendors and children activities at an additional cost of $15.00. No extension cords will be provided by the festival. Food vendors will be assigned to street surfaces and all other exhibitors will be assigned to lawn areas.

  • No manufactured or kit items will be accepted unless committee pre-approves. Craft must be original, creative, and handmade.  All items in booth must be listed on application.  Applications must be submitted with two photographs; one of merchandise and one of booth display.

  • Food vendors must submit one photograph of booth display and a menu.   

  • Upon acceptance applicants will receive a confirmation notice by mail with a map of the booth location.

  • The festival committee also reserves the right to decline exhibitors that do not meet the terms set forth in the application. If an application is not accepted, fees will be refunded. All other refunds must be requested in writing and must be done before October 1st.

  • All exhibitors must be set up by 8:30 a.m. on the day of the festival.  No set up prior to the morning of the festival because of security issues.  The committee assumes no responsibility for accidents, loss or damage to persons or property at anytime during the festival.
